Start off your morning by eating a healthy breakfast. You're breakfast can range from a banana and a yogurt to wheat bread and scrambled eggs. Eating a healthy breakfast is important because it kicks your metabolism into hyper-drive. After sleeping all night your metabolism shuts down just like your body. It needs extra help to get going in the morning.
Weight Loss Tip #2-
Drink at least 4 glasses of water each day. I know there is a lot of information going around how you should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day. This simply isn't true. Your body already gets plenty of water from the food you eat each day. This is why I try and drink a couple glasses during a workout. Then I drink 2 more glasses spread out during the day.
Weight Loss Tip #3-
Make sure you're physically active in your daily activities. Eating healthy will help prevent any more fat build up, but it doesn't help you burn a whole lot of fat. Did you know that you can burn a lot of calories just by cleaning the house? You can burn a little more by taking the stairs instead of the elevator. It also doesn't hurt to go play with your kids when you get home from work.
